Return & Exchange Policy

- We do not follow a refund policy.

- We do not provide return/exchange on custom orders.

- Products under special prices are not eligible for an exchange or return.

​For size - related issues

We provide extra margins in all our pieces, hence, you can always alter it according to your liking. Incase there is a size issue from our end, we will get your garment picked up and alter it for you.

For fabric - related issues

All our pieces go through a quality check before being stitched. We are fully transparent about the fabrics that we use and the same will be mentioned in our product page under the "material" section. Most of our fabrics are handwoven/handloom. Irregularities which may occur are not counted as defects : these are the characteristics of a handmade products - imperfect but beautiful.
